I began my career in advertising and branding, shaping client stories in the agency setting. What I learned through that early experience is that I enjoy building relationships with clients, so I decided to help shape companies in another way. Now, I identify individuals that are the right fit for the right opportunity. I take great satisfaction in making the connection between client and candidate that allows both of them to grow together. There is nothing more rewarding than finding the perfect match.

I was raised around the search business and have studied it my entire life. When I gained enough professional experience to understand what my potential clients would need, I decided it was time to help contribute to the expertise and legacy of The Ward Group. I joined with aspirations of contributing to the firm’s success and reputation of being a trusted, loyal partner with everyone we work with, from clients to candidates. The team’s experience, professionalism and advice are unmatched and I’ve enjoyed adding to that.

I have always enjoyed being the face of the agency to clients day-to-day, building a rapport with them and turning the relationship into a partnership. I’ve worked on a broad range of clients with a significant focus in healthcare, financial services and higher education.

I have been able to work with many smart, creative and energetic individuals who have not only shaped me but also helped me develop a knack for finding talent. It’s been incredible to see how one person recruited into an organization can be a major catalyst for change within the organization, no matter the size.

I enjoy taking in all the city of Boston has to offer. When not working, I like to participate in sports or watch (yell at) one of the hometown teams. As a Bostonian, I have lived through the pain and the glory of Boston sports and have loved every second of it. I also enjoy traveling to explore new cities and countries.
