As Office Manager and E.A. to Jim Ward, President, of The Ward Group, in many ways I am the "face" of The Ward Group. I have over 15 years of office/product management and sales support experience. Upon graduating from Thomas College with a degree in Marketing Management, I began my career in manufacturing, and then advanced into a career in the Advertising and Consumer Product industries.
Given my prior experience managing offices requiring continuous client/customer interaction, I have the "tools of the trade" to run the day to day operations of The Ward Group with great care and efficiency. The recruiting industry plays right into my sweet spot of helping clients and candidates and I enjoy helping facilitate our process. Whether it's coordinating client or candidate logistics, vendor interaction, creating presentations or making sure Jim is where he needs to be when he needs to be there - I have my hands in all of the day to day operations that make The Ward Group run effectively.
My husband Bill and I reside in Southern NH. When I'm not commuting, I enjoy the occasional 5k road race, training for my second degree in Thai Kickboxing, sporting events, good food and good friends.
