Client Immersion
Each search begins with face-to-face meetings with you, the client. Interactive, thoughtful, and far-reaching, our intent is to become fully informed on your needs, business strategies and goals. We use these sessions to provide our viewpoint on the market, our experiences with similar searches and perspectives on what it will take for the individual to be successful in your organization.

Identifying Exceptional Talent
Prior to embarking on a search, a team leader develops a search strategy and recruitment plan and is charged with taking a comprehensive view of the marketplace to identify candidates who meet/exceed our "agreed to" criteria. While very effective, we know that it also benefits clients to be innovative - to identify unexpected candidates. By partnering with clients' and thinking differently, we have delivered innovative, unexpected and successful solutions.

Rigorous Assessment
Our expertise and ability to determine the right fit from both a credentials and chemistry standpoint are why clients hire us. Rather than leading with the opportunity we've been retained for, we fully interview the candidate first. Only if we determine a candidate to be appropriate, do we then present the opportunity. This methodology benefits the client by providing us with unbiased answers - and ultimately a better qualified, more rigorously assessed candidate. Sensitive to client time-pressures, we do not parade a long list of candidates - any of the candidates presented could be hired.

Efficient, Team-based Recruiting
We take a team approach to all searches allowing us to penetrate the market thoroughly and quickly. We also save time by efficiently communicating with clients, anticipating issues and addressing them quickly. From initial input to extending an offer and closing the search, we take a very hands-on approach to our client's search.

Retention-based Recruiting
Our assignment does not end upon the successful completion of a search. The relationships we develop allow us to remain engaged with candidates and clients after a search is complete so that we can ensure proper assimilation into the organization and increase the longevity of the hire. By understanding our clients' business strategy, culture and aspirations, we ensure expectations are aligned and the likelihood of success is increased.
