Prior to embarking on a search, a team leader develops a search strategy and recruitment plan and is charged with taking a comprehensive view of the marketplace to identify candidates who meet/exceed our "agreed upon" criteria. While very effective, we know that it also benefits clients to be innovative - to identify unexpected candidates. By partnering with clients' and thinking differently, we have delivered innovative, unexpected, successful solutions.
Our expertise and ability to determine the right fit from both a credentials, experience and chemistry standpoint are why clients retain us. When initially speaking with people rather than leading with the opportunity we've been retained for, we fully engage the candidate. Only if we determine a candidate to be appropriate in terms of skills, experience and values; do we then present the opportunity. This methodology benefits the client because we get unbiased answers--and ultimately a better qualified, more rigorously assessed candidate. Sensitive to client time-pressures, we do not present a long list of candidates--any of the candidates presented could be hired.
