Global Financial Management and Advisory company changes go-to-market strategy requiring executive coaching and organizational restructuring of Brand Marketing Group We worked extensively with a new VP, Marketing and the senior team to determine the organizational ramifications of their new strategy. We met with three levels of management and recommended the optimal structure and relationships while helping identify redundancies and cost savings. We also coached key individuals on how to put the new organization into play and worked closely with them to ensure that the recommended workflow process would deliver the desired throughput.
