Lou has also held senior-level marketing positions at Stride Rite where he managed their brand and retail marketing efforts, and at Converse as they moved to a global marketing organization. Having played a vital role in leading new initiatives and building teams in these organizations, Lou brings a unique ability to work with both client companies and senior-level candidates. He began his career in advertising, working in account management with growing Boston agencies. Lou works across a broad range of categories at The Ward Group including consumer goods, financial services, and technology, as well as agency engagements. He has been particularly effective in delivering high impact, change-agents to clients who are looking for leadership in their marketing group. Lou and his wife and three daughters live in Andover, Massachusetts.
