Beginning her career with The Advertising Club of Greater Boston, a professional trade organization, Julie was responsible for advocacy and professional development programs, in addition to launching the Ad Club's successful continuing education programs. Julie has also enjoyed success in business development roles on the agency side. Established within the marketing community with a penchant for building strong relationships and an eye for talent, Julie's career took a natural progression into the search business when she joined Pile + Company's recruiting division, Collaborative Communications, as an Executive Recruiter. Since joining The Ward Group in 2005, Julie has established herself as a tremendous business partner to both clients and candidates. Her success in the search business is the result of Julie's effectiveness in forging relationships, and helping clients meet their marketing and communications goals and objectives. Julie, her husband, and two children live in Melrose, Massachusetts.
