With over a decade in the executive search business, Jerry views The Ward Group's role as a consultancy retained to build marketing organizations. Having successfully completed more than 200 searches over his career, Jerry has led assignments across a broad array of industries including financial services, high technology, consumer products and e-commerce, as well as with advertising, relationship marketing and public relations agencies. Jerry specializes in enabling clients to attract change-agent marketers, brought in to provide new vision and direction. Prior to helping found the firm in 1993, Jerry was Director of the Marketing Practice at Roth Young/Boston, for four years. He has held a variety of account management positions in advertising agencies in New York and Boston, and started his career in research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Jerry and his family live in Arlington, Massachusetts.
