Prior to joining The Ward Group, Colleen was Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager at TCP Communication, a leader in the wireless tower industry. Colleen began her career as a Customer Service Rep at Beverly Co-operative Bank following her graduation from Salem State College with a degree in Office Administration.
